First Aid at Work / Requalification (HSE approved)
This course is the HSE Health and Safety highest certification, it offers a minimum of three days training. Candidates are required to take and pass an independant HSE Health and Safety approved assessment.

Emergency First Aid at Work (HSE approved)
This course is ideal for 'nominated' persons or for people who provide support to qualified first aiders in the workplace
It covers:

Course cost £360 for up to 10 people. Additional people can be added at £35 per person
CPR and AED (Defibrillator) Training
This course provides knowledge and training in the use of defibrillators. Early use of a defibrillator has shown to greatly increase chances of survival, it is vital that staff know how to use an AED at their place of work. Our course will provide understanding of when an AED needs to be used, why we should use one and lots of practice in how to use one.
It covers:
- CPR
- The unconscious person
- Understanding the heart and defibrillation
- Considerations for use of AED
- Demonstration and practice of an AED
- Use and maintenance of an AED
This course is four hours in duration.

Anaphylaxis and Epi-pen Training
Allergies and anaphylaxis are becoming more and more prominent in our society. The need to understand this life threatening conditions is vital if you work with the public. Our training will provide indepth knowledge of the condition, why it happens and how to use an epi-pen effectively. The training is delivered by experienced staff who have all treated this condition first hand.
It covers:
- CPR
- The unconscious person
- Understanding Anaphylaxis and allergies
- Recognition of Anaphylaxis
- Use of an epi-pen

Accidents & Injury (Paediatric)
This course is for people who want to learn how to cope with the most common accidents, injuries and illness that can occur with children.
It covers:

- Simple fractures
- Head injuries

Basic Life Support & Accidents & Injury Combined
This course covers basic life support and common accidents, injury and illness; it is ideal for Nannies and other childcare workers that require a first aid qualification.
It covers:

Paediatric First Aid for Childcare Workers
This course is offered over two days
It covers:

- Burns, scalds, electrocution
- Meningitis
- Febrile convulsions
- Allergies and stings

Recording accidents and incidents, planning for emergencies, appropriate contents for a first aid kit, responding appropriately to foreign objects in eyes/ears/nose, eye Injuries, responding to the effects of extreme heat/cold, management of chronic medical conditions including sickle cell anaemia, epilepsy, asthma and diabetes.
Course cost £750 for up to 12 people, addional people can be added for £75 per person
Medical Emergencies & Resuscitation for Dental / GP Practices
This course is ideally suited to dental surgeries and GP practices wanting to ensure that all of their staff are fully trained and prepared to deal with any potential medical emergencies that may occur. This course has been created to cover all the necessary requirements laid out by the Resuscitation Council.
It covers:
- CPR for Adult and Child
- Choking
- Anaphylaxis
- Asthma
- Heart conditions

- Syncope
- Recommended emergency equipment and medications.

Motorists First at Scene
This course is aimed at anyone who spends a large quantity of time on the road driving (either four wheels or two), it will teach you all you need to know should you find yourself confronted with a road traffic accident.

- Roadside safety

Equestrian First Aid
This course is for people who want to learn first aid and have a greater understanding of what to do if someone gets hurt when riding a horse, it can be tailored for groups of children or adults.
